Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages with brand standards.
• Greet and engage guests professionally.
• Deliver attentive service and take orders.
• Open and close bar operations.
• Restock beverages and maintain par levels.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings and ingredients.
• Answer menu questions and note dietary restrictions.
• Process transactions using POS.
• Coordinate with floor team for timing and requests.
