Job summary

Ten Five Hospitality is launching The Oak Room in Georgetown and seeks an experienced General Manager to lead all restaurant operations. The GM will deliver an exceptional guest experience, build a high-performing team, and drive strong financial results in a fine dining setting.

Qualifications

Five (5) years’ experience in a management role in fine dining hospitality/nightlife/bars.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Direct and administer the activities and services of a designated restaurant to deliver outstanding guest service and profitability.
Plan and direct all aspects of restaurant operations including guest service, quality, cost controls and budgeting.
Monitor and develop team performance through supervision, coaching, and evaluations.
Maximize efficiency of tech systems (Resy, Micros, Excel).
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
Recruit, interview and train team members.
Drive service standards and hospitality excellence.
