Chris McD's Restaurant and Wine Bar in Mid-Missouri is seeking a General Manager/Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations and guest experience. This full-time role requires leadership of dining room and staff with focus on service quality in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have fine dining experience, wine knowledge, and proficiency with Toast POS, inventory, Excel and Word, plus social media familiarity. In-person interviews and training will follow.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants MUST have fine dining experience and previous experience in management.
• Applicants should have knowledge of wines, experience with point of sale systems (specifically Toast), inventory, Excel and Word, and familiarity with social media.
• Culinary knowledge or experience is not required but is helpful for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and communicate with Back of the House.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Continuously touch tables and get to know guests.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Estimate future needs for goods.
• Ensure sanitation and safety regulations are followed.
• Promote the brand in the local community and through events.
