Geja’s Café in Chicago, a renowned fondue restaurant, is seeking a Dining Room Manager with proven high-volume, fine dining leadership. You will oversee front-of-house operations, guest relations, scheduling, and cost controls to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of fine dining management, strong leadership, and mastery of guest service systems such as OpenTable; a passion for wine, food trends, and team development will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of fine dining management experience
• Exceptionally detail-oriented
• Working knowledge of OpenTable
• Organize, run and supervise smooth and efficient shifts
• Able to work nights and weekends
• Oversee staffing responsibilities, which includes overseeing hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating
• Food, Wine and Liquor knowledge and cost controls
• Working knowledge of computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
