Job summary

801 Chophouse is hiring a part-time Food Runner/Busser to support a fast-paced, guest-centric dining room. You will help maintain the flow between kitchen and dining room so meals reach guests promptly and accurately, with a focus on hospitality and teamwork.

The role is non-exempt and hourly, with initial training at $15.00 per hour (no tips) and post-training pay at $7.00 per hour plus tips. Availability evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver food promptly and accurately to guests by table and position.
• Relay food-related concerns or guest requests clearly to staff.
• Experience in fast-paced, fine dining preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flow between kitchen and dining room to ensure meals are served promptly and accurately.
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to kitchen and floor staff.
• Work in a high-volume, guest-centric environment with attention to hospitality.
