The ideal candidate will have upscale dining experience, strong leadership, and ServSafe certification. You will oversee scheduling, training, and daily operations while partnering with General Manager to meet financial goals.

Qualifikationen

• FOH restaurant experience is required.
• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience is required.
• Upscale dining service standards knowledge.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to read/write English.

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage, and coordinate all Front of House operations, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
• Ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience through attentive, professional service.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, supporting the team and monitoring service.
• Demonstrate professionalism when addressing concerns or challenging situations.
• Monitor employee performance, service standards, appearance, and adherence to policies.
• Maintain hospitality, cleanliness, organization, and presentation in the dining room and bar.
• Prepare FOH employee schedules and coordinate staffing levels.
• Oversee daily administrative tasks, opening/closing procedures, and checklists.
• Assist the General Manager with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training Front of House staff.
• Identify operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor guest feedback and address complaints or service concerns.
• Support revenue, labor, cost-control, and profitability objectives.
• Ensure staffing levels support guest service without under/over staffing.
• Maintain strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and professional work environment.
• Communicate with General Manager and kitchen leadership to ensure seamless operations.
