Job summary

The Fulton, part of Seaport Entertainment Group, is seeking a Restaurant/Floor Manager to oversee daily dining operations and front-of-house staff, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience. Reporting to the General Manager, you will maintain service standards and contribute to the restaurant’s success.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with kitchen, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with liquor regulations and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a fine dining, high-volume setting.
• Strong guest service standards and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• POS and computer literacy with ability to learn new programs.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and AGM in daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise front-of-house staff and schedule duties.
• Recruit, train, and develop hourly employees.
• Ensure liquor regulations are followed and service standards met.
• Maintain inventories and monitor budgets and payroll.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely food presentation and service.
• Address guest complaints and turn around experiences.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
