Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in full-service, high-volume fine dining.
• Must be 21+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Oversee training and onboarding of new staff.
• Enforce company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure cleanliness and appearance.
• Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance.
