Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-service, high-volume, fine dining establishment.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments.
• Strong knowledge of front and back house operations.
• Excellent decision making and organizational skills.
• High energy, strong communication, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the new hire paperwork and training of new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment.
• Ensure cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned by AGM and GM.
• Other tasks as assigned.
