Job summary

The h.wood Group is hiring a Server Assistant for Lady Delilah’s opening this Fall. You will support servers, welcome guests, and help maintain a pristine dining environment in a fast-paced luxury setting. Open availability is preferred.

Ideal candidates have energy, excellent communication, and a can-do attitude, with the ability to stand for long shifts and work collaboratively to deliver impeccable service. Previous experience in high-end dining is valued.

Qualifications

• Must have NY Certified Food Handlers card.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Stand for up to 8 hours; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent time management and professional demeanor.
• Reliable, responsible and trustworthy.
• High energy with strong communication; team player.
• Attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and assist servers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations, booths, chairs, and floors.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and restocking as needed.
• Communicate guest needs or incidents to management and staff.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
