Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is seeking an Expeditor for Quattro Restaurant. The role supports kitchen operations, ensures timely, accurate service, and collaborates with servers to provide exceptional dining experiences.

The position requires English proficiency, the ability to balance a tray, and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings. Eligible candidates will enjoy comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within Four Seasons.

Qualifications

• This position requires general food knowledge and good personal presentation.
• Must be flexible with schedule – able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English are required.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray is required.
• Provide work authorization document for the United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timing and organizing food orders at the kitchen line
• Assist in food running/serving
• Ensure accuracy of orders with attention to details, allergies, and special requests
• Effectively communicate with Servers
• Assist the Server in clearing and resetting tables according to restaurant standards
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware, refilling condiment containers and crumbling tables as needed
• Other duties as assigned

The Opportunity

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for an Expeditor at Quattro Restaurant.

Essential Function Of The Job

• Assist in timing and organizing food orders at the kitchen line


• Assist in food running/serving
