Newport Restaurant Group is seeking a Commis Cook for Aurelia, the fine-dining restaurant inside Castle Hill Inn in Newport, RI. You will prep, season, and cook soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts to specification while maintaining a clean workstation and proper labeling.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients and prepare recipes to specification
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
• Properly label and rotate ingredients and finished recipes according to FLM standard
• Maintain compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards
• Assist with receiving deliveries
• Adheres to all policies and procedures as detailed in Food Safety Plan
• Always maintain composure and hospitality nature with guests and other staff
