Job summary

Newport Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook for Castle Hill Inn in Newport, RI. The role involves preparing, seasoning and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other dishes for guests.

You should have a passion for food, a strong sense of urgency, organizational skills, and a positive attitude. Flexible scheduling is required, and prior cooking experience is helpful.

• Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends and some holidays as needed.
• High-volume and Hotel experience is a plus.
• Exposure to seasonal environments is a plus.

About the Position

In the Line Cook role, you will be preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food for guests.
