Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a dedicated kitchen professional for a full-time role in our resort dining operation in Northeast Florida. You will prepare foods per standard recipes and ensure top quality, sanitation, and efficient production in a busy, guest-facing environment.

The position requires 3 years of Ala Carte/Fine Dining experience, strong organization, and the ability to work varied day/night/weekend shifts. Employment includes uniforms, benefits, and on-site relocation if needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years Ala Carte Service / Fine Dining knowledge.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all foods according to standard recipes to ensure consistency.
• Maintains high quality of product and portion control.
• Ensures proper storage and sanitation per health regulations.
• Operates kitchen equipment and reads recipes with basic math for quantities.
• Reads requisitions and communicates needs to staff; lifts up to 50 lbs. and pushes up to 100 lbs.
• Stands for long periods and works in extreme temperatures.
