Qualifications

• 3 years of ÀLa Carte/Fine Dining experience.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Willing to work varied day/night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods according to standard recipes to ensure consistency.
• Inspect and select high-quality ingredients for menu items.
• Maintain proper storage and portion control, especially for high-cost items.
• Keep refrigeration, storage, and work areas clean to comply with health regulations.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is clean and in good working condition.
• Follow recipes and measurements accurately.
