Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Must have a state license to serve alcohol and understand state/local liquor regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixed drinks.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong team-work orientation and guest-facing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work calmly under pressure.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to work a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete required training modules for Bartenders and Servers.
• Know your work schedule for the week, arrive on time, and meet standards for uniform and professional appearance.
• Know and understand beverage and menu options; follow recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Communicate with Manager about reservations, guest flow, and special events.
• Keep the bar clean and well-stocked; prepare opening duties.
