Eddie Merlot's is seeking an experienced server to join the team in a fine dining environment. You will greet guests, present menus, upsell items, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure outstanding hospitality.

The role requires 2+ years in a server position, a valid alcohol license, and a flexible schedule including evenings and holidays. Training and a professional team atmosphere are provided.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Server, preferably in fine dining.
• Must read and communicate clearly in English.
• Must have a state license to serve alcohol and understand liquor regulations.
• Flexible, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Complete and pass required training modules, initial and ongoing.
• Know weekly work schedule, arrive on time, maintain professional appearance.
• Know and present menu and beverage options, follow service guidelines.
• Communicate with Manager and Hosts about reservations and guest flow.
• Prepare station and reservations, set tables per guidelines, open duties.
• Greet guests promptly, make them comfortable, present menus, read the table.
• Take beverage orders, garnish and deliver drinks per procedure.
• Guide guests through ordering, upsell according to menu.
• Input orders accurately and time courses appropriately.
• Pickup orders and complete plate presentation as needed.
• Serve orders, ensure accuracy and address guest requests.
• Check back with guests within designated time for satisfaction.
• Perform pre-bussing and table maintenance; offer desserts and beverages.
• Present check and handle payment and tipping reporting.
• As guests leave, thank them and invite return, maintain teamwork.
• Assist with Prime Society service and membership encouragement.
• Follow Eddie Merlot's policies, liquor, sanitation and safety standards.
• Relay guest requests or complaints to Managers for improvement.
• May be scheduled for meetings, banquets, and special events.
