Qualifications

• Must read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Must be able to read menus, take orders, and handle payments with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Complete and pass required training modules.
• Know and maintain your weekly schedule and uniform.
• Understand menu/beverage options and provide hospitality per guidelines.
• Communicate with Managers/Hosts about reservations and guest flow.
• Greet guests promptly and present menus, taking/serving orders.
• Input orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of courses.
• Assist with bussing, side duties, and closing tasks.
• Follow liquor, food handling, and safety regulations at all times.
