Responsibilities

• Greet guests, schedule reservations, and assist guests entering the restaurant.
• Coordinate front-desk flow, seating, and departures.
• Maintain the host stand and lobby cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with Platinum Club service and memberships.
• Communicate guest requests or complaints to managers.
• Follow policies and safety regulations.
• May be scheduled for banquets and special events.
