Job summary

Eddie Merlot's is seeking a Bartender to deliver outstanding guest service in a fine dining environment. You will prepare beverages for lounge and dining room, follow recipes, and ensure timely service with clean, organized workspaces.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, upselling, completing opening/closing duties, and coordinating with servers and managers to handle reservations and events. Must hold a liquor license and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Two+ years’ experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fine dining setting.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Complete and pass required training modules for Bartenders and Servers.
• Greet guests and take beverage orders, prepare and serve drinks.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stocked lounge, follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist with reservations, large parties, or special events as needed.
• Close out checks, payments, and tip reporting following procedures.
