Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of fine dining Back Server experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of dining room service standards and flow.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently professional, friendly, and attentive service.
• Assist Front Servers throughout all stages of the dining experience.
• Deliver food from the kitchen efficiently, accurately, and with proper presentation.
• Clear, reset, and maintain tables according to fine dining standards.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of beverage menus and current offerings.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and informed manner.
• Ensure side stations are fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
