Job summary

Spago Maui, located at Four Seasons Maui in Kihei, Hawaii, seeks a skilled bartender to craft cocktails and deliver memorable guest experiences within a fine dining setting. You will join a world-renowned team led by the Wolfgang Puck brand and contribute to seasonal beverage programs.

Responsibilities include serving cocktails and beverages, maintaining top cleanliness and health standards, handling POS transactions, and collaborating with servers and culinary staff to ensure outstanding guest

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Must be 21+ and possess Hawaii Alcohol Server Permit or ability to obtain.

• Assist in creating seasonal cocktail features and supporting beverage programs
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and culinary staff to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Commitment to consistency, hospitality, and teamwork
• Must be 21 years or older and possess a valid Hawaii Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain)
