Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Fine dining service knowledge and front-of-house procedures preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, engaging service to all guests.
• Transport food from kitchen to dining room efficiently.
• Assist Front Servers in service execution and guest experience.
• Answer menu-related questions informatively for guests.
• Maintain side stations for cleanliness and organization.
• Know beverage lists, promotions, and menu offerings.
• Understand menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Ensure proper table settings and safety standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
