Spago Maui, part of Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, seeks a passionate Line Cook to join a fast-paced, professional kitchen in Maui. You will prep and execute dishes to exacting standards, follow recipes and prep lists, and work closely with a culinary team to deliver world-class dining in a resort setting.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in fine dining as a line cook, strong knife skills, and a solid grasp of cooking methods.

Formación

• 2 years' experience as a line cook in a fine dining environment.
• Good understanding of cooking methods (roasting, braising, searing, poaching, frying).
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Attention to detail in plating, measurements, portion control.
• Cleanliness/hygiene and knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute dishes to Wolfgang Puck’s exacting standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Follow recipes, prep lists, and station guidelines efficiently and accurately.
• Work collaboratively with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and the executive chef.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
