Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Lawrence in West Lafayette, IN. You will work with the General Manager to run daily operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and brand standards in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager in daily operations and planning.
• Assist in setting financial goals, monitoring performance and improvements.
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and train staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, resolve concerns, and uphold service standards.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, quality control, and cost control activities.
• Analyze reports, optimize menus and promotions, and support budget management.
