Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a fine dining or upscale setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager on daily operations and planning.
• Assist in achieving financial goals, monitoring performance, and making improvements.
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams and provide coaching.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Participate in scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and revenue enhancement.
• Step in as acting General Manager in the Manager's absence.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication across the restaurant.
