Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations, planning, and decision-making.

• Manage scheduling, inventory, budget, costs, and promotions to improve profitability.
• Monitor financial reports and implement strategies for profitability.
• Act as General Manager in their absence and uphold company policies.
