Job summary

OneMain Financial Group is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to empower customers with access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life’s expenses. On-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule, potential extended hours including Saturdays.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results toward branch goals.
Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.
Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.
Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
Demonstrate passion for achievement with an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented mindset.
Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they understand loans, terms, and options.
