Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement, delivering results for individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, with full regulatory compliance.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems to provide support.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms and options.
