Qualifications

Experience in sales, collections or customer service is preferred.
Empathy, communication and problem-solving abilities for customer interactions.
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus for customer engagements.

Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.

Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms to ensure understanding.
