OneMain Financial Group is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to listen to customer needs and provide access to affordable financing for life’s expenses. You will educate customers on loan terms, products, and options, while working to meet individual and branch goals.

The role offers competitive pay with incentives, extensive training, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles such as Branch Manager. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service desired.
• Bilingual Spanish required or preferred.
