Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Location: On site, with standard business hours and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations and achieve individual and branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws.
• Communicate via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and maintain a goal-oriented mindset.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
