Job summary

Nexamp Inc. is seeking a Manager, Financing Operations in Boston to own end-to-end financing execution across construction debt, tax equity, and related funding workstreams.

You will lead a growing team, drive CP tracking, and coordinate with Capital Markets, Legal, Accounting, and Treasury to keep fundings on schedule. You will shape operating models, governance cadences, and scalable playbooks as Nexamp’s portfolio expands, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and timely investor

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in project/financing operations or related fields.
• Experience managing CP checklists and closing workflows in high-volume environments.
• 1–3+ years of people leadership or team-lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, Legal Studies, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience coordinating with Finance, Legal, Operations and external advisors to hit milestones.
• Ability to interpret credit agreements and CP requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong project management, organizational, written communication skills.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment with growing portfolio complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Operations Specialists through workload planning and coaching.
• Own end-to-end tax equity funding process for MC/SC fundings and related workstreams.
• Serve as primary owner for funding milestones coordinating with Capital Markets, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, investors, and counsel.
• Design and improve funding checklists, trackers, and reporting materials to meet standards.
• Establish quality standards for trackers, data rooms, and documentation workflows.
• Run recurring team check-ins and governance forums to remove blockers and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate tracking of certifications and compliance items (IRA/ITC related).
• Represent Operations in cross-functional and investor discussions; refine SOPs and playbooks.
