Job summary

Nexamp is seeking a Manager, Financing Operations to own post-close financing execution across construction debt portfolios, tax equity, and related workstreams. You will lead a growing team and shape the operating model, governance, and playbooks as Nexamp’s portfolio grows.

You will drive CP tracking, documentation workflows, reporting, and funding readiness, partnering with Capital Markets, Legal, Accounting, and Treasury to keep fundings on schedule.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in project finance operations or related roles.
• Experience managing CP checklists, closing workflows, documentation packages, or recurring reporting in high-volume environments.
• 1-3+ years of people leadership or strong team-lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Finance Operations Specialists with workload planning, prioritization, coaching, and accountability for quality and timing.
• Own and drive end-to-end tax equity funding process for MC/SC fundings, including tranche structuring and investor deliverables.
• Coordinate with Capital Markets, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, investors, and counsel to keep fundings on schedule and manage risks.
• Design and improve funding checklists, readiness trackers, documentation packages, and reporting materials to meet standards.
• Establish quality standards for trackers, data rooms, document packages, and workflows with clear ownership.
• Run team check-ins, governance forums, and cross-functional sessions to remove blockers and align on cadence.
• Track financing-related certifications and compliance items, including IRA/ITC documentation where required.
• Represent Financing Operations in cross-functional and investor discussions; document SOPs, RACIs, and playbooks as volume grows.
