Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, problems, and other needs.
• Balance teller drawer daily and support vault/ATM duties as needed.
• Proactively inform customers about product/service features and benefits.
• Refer complex requests to the appropriate team member.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
