Operation HOPE, a nonprofit focused on financial dignity and homeownership, seeks a Financial Wellbeing Coach - Homeownership. The role focuses on one-on-one counseling, HUD guidance, and data entry accuracy in the CRM.

You will educate clients on budgeting and credit, coordinate with bank partners, and deliver virtual or in-person workshops while supporting clients through the homeownership journey in Memphis and the surrounding market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience required.
• HUD certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days is required.
• Experience with homeownership counseling or related roles preferred.
• Proven ability to present to groups and conduct trainings.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions for homeownership.
• Guide clients on HUD programs, FHA loans, and down payment assistance.
• Create personalized action plans based on client needs.
• Educate on budgeting, debt management, and savings strategies.
• Develop relationships with bank partners and community organizations.
• Deliver virtual and in-person workshops as requested.
• Enroll clients into CRM and encourage online enrollment.
• Monitor progress and update Dynamics CRM regularly.
• Refer clients to additional resources and services.
