Job summary

Operation HOPE is seeking a dedicated Financial Wellbeing Coach to guide clients through the homeownership journey. The role focuses on HUD-compliant data entry, documentation, and personalized financial planning to help clients build stable homeownership paths.

You will deliver budgeting, debt management, and savings guidance while coordinating with bank partners and community organizations to provide workshops and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years related experience.
• HUD certification required or within 90 days.
• Experience in financial coaching and homeownership counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions for homeownership.
• Educate clients on HUD programs, FHA loans, and down payment assistance.
• Develop action plans and budget/debt management guidance.
• Enroll clients in CRM and track progress via Dynamics.
• Build relationships with banks and community partners.
