Operation HOPE is seeking a Financial Wellbeing Coach - Homeownership in Decatur, GA. This full-time professional role focuses on guiding clients through the homeownership journey, emphasizing HUD guidelines and data accuracy in our CRM and Dynamics systems.

You will educate clients on FHA loans, down payment assistance, and budgeting while building strong bank and community partnerships for referrals and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, housing, counseling, or related field (or 2+ years of related work).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• HUD certification required within 90 days.
• Experience in homeownership counseling or related roles.
• Strong presentation and group recruitment abilities.
• High-energy, professional, and empathetic with diverse clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one homeownership counseling sessions.
• Educate clients on HUD programs and FHA loans.
• Develop personalized action plans and budgeting guidance.
• Enroll clients in CRM and track progress via Dynamics.
• Build relationships with banks and community partners.
• Deliver virtual and in-person workshops.
• Maintain HUD-compliant documentation and data entry daily.
