Operation HOPE is seeking a Financial Wellbeing Coach – Homeownership to guide clients through the homeownership process with HUD-compliant data entry and documentation. You will conduct individual counseling, educate on HUD programs, and develop personalized action plans to help clients achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, housing, counseling, or related field; 2+ years of related work experience considered
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients seeking homeownership assistance
• Provide information and guidance on HUD programs (FHA loans, down payment assistance, education)
• Develop personalized action plans based on client needs and circumstances
• Educate clients on budgeting, debt management, savings strategies
• Deliver comprehensive financial education on budgeting and credit management
• Build relationships with Bank Partners and community organizations for referrals
• Schedule regular sessions via Zoom, phone, and in-person
• Maintain HUD-guided records and CRM data entry in Dynamics
