KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker in Cincinnati to build client relationships, open accounts, and grow customer and business banking partnerships. You will engage clients, assess needs, and provide tailored financial wellness guidance in person and by phone, while meeting sales goals and collaborating with branch teams.

The role emphasizes a customer-first, sales-driven approach, strong teamwork, and commitment to compliant operations.

Formación

• 1+ years experience developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Ability to build referral sources and proactive conversations.
• Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Experience with tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage clients in conversations to uncover financial wellness needs and provide guidance.
• Open personal and business accounts and manage deposits and lending products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire clients and deepen relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and documentation of client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
