Qualifications

• 1+ years of developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit concepts including debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Foundational sales and service techniques with clients: tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture with every client interaction.
• Listen for wellness opportunities and provide customized financial wellness recommendations.
• Consistently meets activity and outcome goals as a branch team member.
• Open personal and business accounts and assist with banking products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and other lines of business.
• Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation of client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with Teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
