Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of financial institution experience in member service or cash operations, or comparable cash handling, customer service, or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide variety of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and check cashing.
• Educate members on self-serve technology and digital solutions such as mobile/online banking, bill pay, remote deposit capture.
• Refer members to internal partners for specialized services including investments, mortgage or commercial lending.
• Balance end-of-day records and perform branch-specific tasks as needed.
