Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a financial institution in member service or cash operations or related cash handling and customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Interpersonal skills with trust, credibility and diplomacy are essential for confidential conversations.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide variety of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.
• Identify member needs and offer solutions using a sales-through-service approach; refer to specialists when needed.
• Educate members on digital solutions like mobile/online banking, bill pay, remote deposit capture, and ITM services.
• Maintain accurate records and complete branch end-of-day processes.
• Refer members to internal partners for investments, mortgages, or commercial lending.
