Job summary

NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) is seeking an Operations Lead to guide financial system transitions and modernization. The role focuses on change management, communications, training, user readiness, and documentation to minimize disruption and ensure successful integration of new processes across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, manage backlogs, coordinate UAT, and develop materials to support adoption across functional areas. U.S.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of general experience with administrative, analytical, or program management tasks.
• Experience supporting organizational change management and system implementations.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute change management strategies for financial system transitions.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement for system changes.
• Manage product backlog and prioritization of system enhancements and process improvements.
• Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing and readiness activities.
• Create training materials and user documentation to support adoption.
