Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise financial systems within the DoD or Federal Government.
• Experience leading ERP sustainment and modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Financial Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for sustaining and modernizing enterprise financial systems.
• Provide functional leadership for ERP sustainment, modernization, system enhancements, and business process improvements.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into technology solutions.
• Lead analysis of organizational changes, policy updates, and emerging requirements to assess impacts on enterprise financial systems.
• Support enterprise modernization initiatives, including ERP transformation and data modernization.
• Coordinate across functional, technical, and program teams to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster collaboration and delivery excellence.
