Peak Credit Union in Beaverton, OR invites an experienced Financial Solutions Guide 2 (Teller) to join our branch team. You will deliver exceptional service, process transactions, and identify financial needs, positioning Peak’s products to help members reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engages members warmly and professionally, creating an environment that supports meaningful conversations and proactive discovery of financial needs.
• Develops and deepens member relationships by confidently uncovering needs, presenting tailored solutions, and originating or referring products across Peak offerings.
• Provides advanced financial guidance and empathetic problem-solving, ensuring interactions result in improved financial confidence and expanded relationship opportunities.
• Ensures precise execution of cash handling, vault operations, and transaction processing.
• Executes complex account openings, loan applications, underwriting support, and account maintenance with accuracy and care.
• Cultivates long-term member relationships through follow-up and intentional relationship management.
• Partners with branch leadership to support escalations, coaching moments, and sales initiatives.
