Peak Credit Union in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Financial Solutions Guide 2 who delivers exceptional service, builds trusted relationships, and offers personalized financial solutions that empower members to achieve their goals.

You will engage members with warmth, uncover needs, present tailored products, process cash handling and account activity with accuracy, and support branch sales initiatives to grow member relationships with Peak offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• FiCEP, Financial Counseling Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engages members warmly and professionally, creating an environment for meaningful conversations and discovery of financial needs.
• Develops relationships by uncovering needs, presenting tailored solutions, and referring Peak products.
• Provides advanced financial guidance and empathetic problem-solving to expand member relationships.
• Executes cash handling, vault operations, and transaction processing with accuracy.
• Performs complex account openings, loan applications, underwriting support, and account maintenance.
• Maintains notes on interactions and supports branch-wide sales initiatives.
