Peak Credit Union in Springfield, OR is seeking a Financial Solutions Guide 2 to warmly engage members and uncover financial needs. You will present tailored Peak products, process complex transactions, and help grow member relationships through consultative selling.

Applicants should have at least two years in retail banking or financial services, with strong communication and a commitment to service excellence. Full-time hours include some Saturdays and a bilingual differential may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in retail banking, customer service, or financial services.
• Experience handling transactions, cross-selling, and member support.

Responsibilities

• Engage members warmly, identify financial needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Refer products across Peak’s suite and meet sales/production goals.
• Provide accurate cash handling, vault operations, and transaction processing.
• Open accounts, assist with loan applications, and support underwriting when needed.
• Maintain notes on interactions and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with branch leadership on coaching, training, and sales initiatives.
• Stay compliant with policies and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Support occasional weekend shifts as part of full-time schedule.
