Peak Credit Union seeks an experienced Financial Solutions Guide 2 Teller to deliver exceptional service, deepen member relationships, and provide personalized financial solutions at our Olympia branch.

This full-time role requires strong communication, cash handling accuracy, and the ability to meet sales and production goals across consumer loans, accounts, and digital tools. A bilingual differential may apply for language skills; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engages members warmly and professionally, creating an environment that supports meaningful conversations and proactive discovery of financial needs.
• Develops and deepens member relationships by confidently uncovering needs, presenting tailored solutions, and originating or referring products across Peak offerings.
• Provides advanced financial guidance and empathetic problem-solving, ensuring each interaction results in improved financial confidence and expanded relationship opportunities.
• Ensures precise execution of cash handling, vault operations, and transaction processing.
• Executes complex account openings, loan applications, underwriting support, and account maintenance with accuracy and care.
• Cultivates long-term member relationships through repeated follow-up, outreach, and intentional relationship management, ensuring members feel seen, supported, and guided toward responsible financial decisions.
