Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed.
• Weekend and extended hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting branch sales targets by developing and retaining client relationships.
• Supports team sales via consultative conversations and referrals for complex needs.
• Participates fully in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Ensures consistent client service by greeting clients and guiding them within the branch.
